Refund Policy
Fees paid are non-refundable. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed only under special circumstances such as duplicate payments or technical issues from our side. Approved refunds will be processed within 7β14 business days.
Cancellation Policy
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any course
- In such cases, users may transfer to another course or request a refund (if applicable)
Late or Failed Payments
- If a payment fails, access to the course may be restricted
- It is the userβs responsibility to ensure payment details are correct
